Fashion Review: The British Fashion Awards 2015

6:51:00 AM

What's better than a double fashion review?! Nothing... (okay maybe shopping... but you get my drift). Anyways, since I missed out on literally everything last week (I didn't even get to hear Adele's full album yet! Vacation for me is basically living out in space) , I decided to catch up on the things that I'm most importantly interested in and the British Fashion Awards was one of them. Last year I covered the show. I had so many favorite looks and this year is no different. I mean, it's an actual fashion award show attended by a plethora of renowned style icons. How can it not be an event where historical fashion moments are made?

Walking away in the end with an award, Jourdan Dunn strutted in a sleek and contemporary design. With its high halter neck line, alluring side cut-outs, and elevated slit revealing a leg, the frock simply complemented the model well.

Sarah Jane Crawford posed in a rather vintage-favoured pastel blue dress. She did not style it to capacity but the metallic pointed toe pumps on her feet gave it a chic flair.

Arizona Muse remains at the top of my list in her eccentric high waisted super wide leg pants. The all white outfit is completed with a bead embellished crop top and a silver box clutch. Her flawless hair and make-up is just added charm.

Totally disregarding color unlike last year, Tanya Burr rocks dark tones. Out of everything, I think the pleated sheer skirt is the most beautiful piece.  The look initially seems to be considered "under-dressed" for the occasion but I am infatuated with the elegant yet grunge style approach.

This fashionable white confection on Pixie Lott is something I would even go for. Styling it with silver accessories, she maintained a heavenly appearance.

It would have to be Lady Gaga to take a big risk at this type of award show and pull it off. Tom Ford was the Red Carpet winner of the night and this look is another that justifies the achievement. She wore all red and the ensemble exquisitely made by the popular designer is very peculiar.

This dramatic dress could've possibly went left on Alexa Chung but I actually really love the way she wore it. Not a huge fan of the mid length piece but she makes it worth looking at.

Perfectly adorned in a dazzling silver Burberry gown, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley kept it clean and classic. The deep v-cut on both the back and front of her garment is certainly eye catching.

Olga Kurylenko made it work in a black figure fitting dress that had gorgeous ornaments attached to each side. I wish it was a strapless garment but other than that, she looks spectacular.

Lewis Hamilton was the sharpest male to walk the carpet in my opinion. Dressed in a monotone incredibly tailored tux, he nailed it.

Victoria and David Beckham opted for black tuxedos. The diva wore it with pumps of course. What a stylish couple!

Karlie Kloss in a mesh metallic number looked amazing. With it being partially see through its the epitome of edgy but she also kept it graceful with red lips and black pumps.

Not expecting this look from Rita Ora at all. She wore a timeless Chanel dress that kept me amused.

Best styling of the evening should go to Angela Scanlon! You could do so much with the basic satin dark green dress but she did it right. A colorful box clutch and red fringe heels kept this look trendy and tasteful.

I could not pass up on reviewing the fashion at this particular award show and the way these stars dressed this year impelled me to do so even more.
