Fashion Review: I Heart Radio Awards 2016

10:04:00 AM

If your head weren't bopping to the epic performances on the screens of your tv during the I Heart Radio awards on Sunday night, you missed out. In some ways, this show actually reminded me of the Billboard awards. Musicians and other artists who songs you hear on almost every radio station flocked the red carpet for an entertaining night. Although some sightings were quite unflattering like Justin Bieber's new dread lock hairstyle, I can't help but talk about the stylish outfit observations. Jumpsuits, trousers and mini frocks seem to be the current wave.  This event was surely validation, and I loved every bit of it! Here are my favorite looks:

Pop star Demi Lovato showed there's nothing wrong with being confident as she strutted in a sophisticated black and white long sleeve ensemble.

Olivia Holt gave a seasonal flair wearing a printed play-suit designed with double bell sleeves.

Megan Good followed suit in a sultry floor grazing nude piece.

There's not denying how appealing Selena Gomez looked in a red cut-out Mugler collectible.

Kat Graham's outfit defined classic and vintage. The black and white off the shoulder ruffled top and flare bottoms were all antique trends she wore and made a statement.

Singer Jhene Aiko rocked tribal patterns impeccably.

Serayah glowed in a glistening Nicolas Jebran mini dress that gave the ideal colors for spring.

Karrueche Tran decided to heat it up in a fierce red leather Thomas Wylde sheath made with faux-fur arm patches. She also styled the number with a pair of retro 'supreme' Gucci three strap sandal heels.

The lovely Julianna Hough was very charming in a flirty choker-attached white shift.

Zendaya was also on the scene in a rather edgy fit. She opted for a funky velvet pants set paired with a leather black crop top and pointed toe booties.

Cheryl Burke showed off her decolletage in a white garment.  The pant portion is decorated with sailor buttons which creates a chic look for this pretty lady.

These divas had hot moments in black textured articles.

Establishing men fashion at the awards, Cody Simpson stepped out in pure Cali-boy apparel. The denim top, baggy plain white tee, leather bottoms, and tinted round sunglasses looked so cool together on him.

Rapper Wiz Khalifa chose to brighten everyone's day in a radiant pink top. The ripped black jeans and gold buckled loafers truly made me feel this outfit.

I'm sure we all noticed how Chris Brown was sort of matching his ex gal but I must admit he was certainly fashionable sporting red and white.

Handsome as always, Jordan Fisher had a killer all-black look.

Jason Derulo arrived dripping black as well but popped it with a spiffy structured red bomber.

The I Heart Radio Awards fashion this year was clearly everything. Ladies and gents all brought their A-game at the affair.
