Its been a while since I decided to broadcast a supreme trend, and I could not pass up on the fashion world's latest fascination, SEQUINS! It's true, diamonds are no longer a girls best friend... The shimmery embellishments are slowly becoming a girls companion. These dramatic accents are added to almost any piece to create a flashy and flat out feminine look. Dare to wear an item with sequin and you'll never have a dull day.

 Lets be honest, everyone's go-to New Years Eve outfit comprises of something shiny. This time around, however, the fancy trend has extended itself way pass the 31st of December and has landed in the early days of 2016 making a big bang! If you are most importantly looking to stand out, select anything sequin to awaken a stylish spark in the room. Even celebrities are stepping out of their comfort zones showcasing glamorous glittery garments at recent red carpet events. Sequin is the preferable choice for the winter but it is predicted that the trend will be worn into the spring this year because designers have modernized it so well.Usually people chose to save a sequin number for a special occasion but at this rate, I can see it being sported as a casualty. To be fairly honest, I have not indulged in the beautiful trend yet but I plan to very soon. For Valentines Day, maybe?
